Luxe Chocolate proudly became the new operator of The Sandpoint Chocolate Factory on November 6th, 2025, continuing a local legacy while building an exciting future for chocolate in Sandpoint.

When the opportunity arose to keep this beloved chocolate facility in local hands, we knew it was something worth fighting for. As a locally owned business, our mission is simple: create exceptional chocolate, support local families, and help keep small-town manufacturing alive right here in North Idaho.

The name Luxe Chocolate was created with one idea in mind: Luxury for the Locals. What began as a passion for premium chocolate has grown into a much larger vision: bringing handcrafted, Sandpoint-made chocolate to customers across the country while continuing to invest in the community we call home.

Our owner brings over 18 years of candy-making and chocolatier experience, and alongside our factory leadership team, we bring more than 30 years of combined food service and production experience. From handcrafted specialty items to large-scale production runs of over 5,200 chocolate bars per day, our team has the experience and passion to grow with purpose.

At The Sandpoint Chocolate Factory, innovation happens daily, from creating memorable retail experiences to developing products for wholesale partners across the country.

Our retail storefront, Luxe Chocolate, serves as the showroom for everything we create inside the factory. It’s where locals and visitors alike can experience fresh chocolate, discover new flavors, and connect with the people behind the products.

As we grow nationally, our roots remain firmly planted in Sandpoint. We believe in local jobs, strong families, entrepreneurship, and the American Dream—and we’re proud to build all of that through chocolate.
